Today was the sneak peak preview for Realtors at Embrey Mill in Stafford VA. All of the Model Homes are lovely and there is something for everyone.

There will be a mix of Single Family Homes and Townhomes in Embrey Mill in Stafford. Close to 2000 homes will be built in Embrey Mill in Stafford, not to forget all the amenities that are already under construction and that are planed for Embrey Mill in Stafford. So far my absolute favorite is a super cool tot lot in Embrey Mill, I am also looking forward to seeing Embrey House and of course the planned Olympic size pool and YMCA style gym in Embrey Mill in Stafford.

The Embrey Mill one has already broken ground and is coming very very soon. So if you like to swim and want to be close to an indoor pool Embrey Mill is the place to be.
But its not just the pool, there is so much more why Embrey Mill will be a great place to call home. For starters Embrey Mill is conveniently located, off I95, close to commuter lot and close to the VRE stop, for an easy commute to locations in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland.
Embrey Mill is also conveniently located close to shopping and dining. One of my favorite Sushi places is just a few minutes away off Garisonville Rd. If I could I would move to Embrey Mill just to be close to my favorite Sushi place. No kidding, but as you can see there are so many other things why you should consider Embrey Mill.

However with the recent rainy weather it is likely possible the building schedule got delayed. Well let's see. Yesterday I drove by Embrey Mill to see the progress. Looks like there has been quite a bit of progress since I stopped by there last. The Model homes for the five builders are in foundation and it even looks like there is a row of townhomes that will be opening for the Grand Opening of Embrey Mill this summer.

Grand Opening Summer 2013

The developer for Embrey Mill is Newland Communities and there will be a total of 5 new home builders when Embrey Mill opens in Summer of 2013. Embrey Mill will be one of the larger new home communities in the area and will offer unique and exiting floor plans. With 5 builders there should be something for everyone. From traditional townhomes, to ramblers, to Victorian family homes. There will be several models homes to tour in Embrey Mill and many spec homes for immediate delivery. The grand opening is scheduled for summer 2013 and the developer and builder will update everyone once they narrow down a more specific date. Things are moving along in Embrey Mill in Stafford. This is Embrey Mill House which will be the central hub for Embrey Mill. With the grand opening just around the corner the builders are working hard to getting everything ready in time for grand opening of Embrey Mill. There has not yet been an exact date for the grand opening of Embrey Mill but based on the progress we will most likely be looking at a grand opening of Embrey Mill mid July to beginning of August.
