Embrey Mill anounces the 6 New Home Builders that will be building homes in Embrey Mill Stafford. Embrey Mill is an 831-acre master planned community in North Stafford. The following are the 6 builders that customers can purchase beautiful, unique single family homes and townhomes in Embrey Mill:

Embrey Mill will have an Olympic Size Indoor Pool that just recently broke ground. Stafford county approved the funds for this fabulous training facility. One of the funny things right after the ground breaking I heard rumblings that Prince William County, Woodbridge is now also planing an Olympic Size Pool, but that still ways in the future. The Embrey Mill one has already broken ground and is coming very very soon. So if you like to swim and want to be close to an indoor pool Embrey Mill is the place to be.

But its not just the pool, there is so much more why Embrey Mill will be a great place to call home. For starters Embrey Mill is conveniently located, off I95, close to commuter lot and close to the VRE stop, for an easy commute to locations in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland.

Embrey Mill is also conveniently located close to shopping and dining. One of my favorite Sushi places is just a few minutes away off Garisonville Rd. If I could I would move to Embrey Mill just to be close to my favorite Sushi place. No kidding, but as you can see there are so many other things why you should consider Embrey Mill.

From what I am currently seeing Embrey Mill will open to the public summer 2013 probably late July early August, if everything progresses according to plan. However with the recent rainy weather it is likely possible the building schedule got delayed. Well let's see. I will be sure to keeping everyone updated on any new developments happening in Embrey Mill and I will be sure to informing everyone once the developer releases an official grand opening date for Embrey Mill.

Grand Opening Summer 2013

Embrey Mill is located south of Quantico Marine Base and north of Fredericksburg, minutes away from the VRE and a commuter lot for an easy commute to locations in Northern Virginia and Washington DC. Embrey Mill is conveniently located off exit 140 Courthouse Rd in Stafford, within close proximity to shopping, dinning and everything else. 

Embrey Mill has over 285 acres of open space with plans for nearly 10 miles of nature trails and 4 parks.

The central hub for Embrey Mill will be Embrey House. Cafe, Resident Concierge, sports court, and swimming pool. There will be two proposed on-site Stafford District schools, as well as surrounding top-rated schools. 

The developer for Embrey Mill is Newland Communities and there will be a total of 5 new home builders when Embrey Mill opens in Summer of 2013. Embrey Mill will be one of the larger new home communities in the area and will offer unique and exiting floor plans. With 5 builders there should be something for everyone. From traditional townhomes, to ramblers, to Victorian family homes. 

There will be several models homes to tour in Embrey Mill and many spec homes for immediate delivery. The grand opening is scheduled for summer 2013 and the developer and builder will update everyone once they narrow down a more specific date. Things are moving along in Embrey Mill in Stafford. This is Embrey Mill House which will be the central hub for Embrey Mill. With the grand opening just around the corner the builders are working hard to getting everything ready in time for grand opening of Embrey Mill. There has not yet been an exact date for the grand opening of Embrey Mill but based on the progress we will most likely be looking at a grand opening of Embrey Mill mid July to beginning of August. 

Embrey Mill is going to be a really exiting new community in Stafford, with plenty of amenities and excellent commuter options.

Embrey Mill will be an amenity filled community that will offer something for everyone a fitness and aquatic center trails, athletic fields and a the Embrey House, the community center which will feature a cafe with outdoor patio, pool, playground and sports court. There is also a library, schools, ball fields and a fire station planed in Embrey Mill.

Embrey Mill will be opening this summer.
