Today was the sneak peak preview for Realtors at Embrey Mill in Stafford VA. All of the Model Homes are lovely and there is something for everyone.

This morning I found out that there will be an indoor competition pool and a YMCA style gym coming to Embrey Mill in Stafford. How wonderful is this. The complex includes multiple sports fields and so much more. Per the local news paper the building will be county-owned and privately operated. The ground breaking for this great sports complex was June 3rd at the end of Shields Drive, off of Austin Ridge Drive in the new subdivision Embrey Mill.
There is so much happening in and around Embrey Mill, and truly a great location for any new home buyer. Centrally located, great amenities, excellent schools and so much more.

Yesterday I drove by Embrey Mill to see the progress. Looks like there has been quite a bit of progress since I stopped by there last. The Model homes for the five builders are in foundation and it even looks like there is a row of townhomes that will be opening for the Grand Opening of Embrey Mill this summer.
