Embrey Mill Stafford Community video updates & More

Yesterday, I went to see the progress at Embrey Mill in Stafford. Wow they have made great progress and it looks like everything will be ready for the grand opening on September 28.2013. Plans for Embrey Mill in Stafford call for 1800 new homes. As you can see in the above video the six builders at Embrey Mill are well underway getting their model homes ready.

Embrey Mill Stafford Model Home by K. Hovnanian Homes

This will be a great and unique Floor Plan. Can you see yourself relax on the front porch? I can definitely see myself sipping on a drink enjoying my front porch and enjoying everything Embrey Mill has to offer. This particular floor plan has a spacious attached two car garage in the back of the home.

Same with the townhomes they will have a back loading two car garage option. Spacious 3 level towhomes starting in mid to upper 200s.

Embrey Mill Stafford will have 6 New Home Builders

Embrey Mill anounces the 6 New Home Builders that will be building homes in Embrey Mill Stafford. Embrey Mill is an 831-acre master planned community in North Stafford. The following are the 6 builders that customers can purchase beautiful, unique single family homes and townhomes in Embrey Mill:

Embrey Mill will have an Olympic Size Indoor Pool that just recently broke ground. Stafford county approved the funds for this fabulous training facility. One of the funny things right after the ground breaking I heard rumblings that Prince William County, Woodbridge is now also planing an Olympic Size Pool, but that still ways in the future. The Embrey Mill one has already broken ground and is coming very very soon. So if you like to swim and want to be close to an indoor pool Embrey Mill is the place to be.

But its not just the pool, there is so much more why Embrey Mill will be a great place to call home. For starters Embrey Mill is conveniently located, off I95, close to commuter lot and close to the VRE stop, for an easy commute to locations in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland.

Embrey Mill is also conveniently located close to shopping and dining. One of my favorite Sushi places is just a few minutes away off Garisonville Rd. If I could I would move to Embrey Mill just to be close to my favorite Sushi place. No kidding, but as you can see there are so many other things why you should consider Embrey Mill.

From what I am currently seeing Embrey Mill will open to the public summer 2013 probably late July early August, if everything progresses according to plan. However with the recent rainy weather it is likely possible the building schedule got delayed. Well let's see. I will be sure to keeping everyone updated on any new developments happening in Embrey Mill and I will be sure to informing everyone once the developer releases an official grand opening date for Embrey Mill.

Looks like they are building townhomes in Embrey Mill

Yesterday I drove by Embrey Mill to see the progress. Looks like there has been quite a bit of progress since I stopped by there last. The Model homes for the five builders are in foundation and it even looks like there is a row of townhomes that will be opening for the Grand Opening of Embrey Mill this summer.

Things are moving along in Embrey Mill in Stafford. This is Embrey Mill House which will be the central hub for Embrey Mill. With the grand opening just around the corner the builders are working hard to getting everything ready in time for grand opening of Embrey Mill. There has not yet been an exact date for the grand opening of Embrey Mill but based on the progress we will most likely be looking at a grand opening of Embrey Mill mid July to beginning of August. 

Embrey Mill is going to be a really exiting new community in Stafford, with plenty of amenities and excellent commuter options.
