Potomac Shores is and will be truly one of a kind community. There are approximately 3800 homes planed. The builders Ryan and NV homes will initially start with Single Family Homes. There will also be a townhouse section and possibly Condo's. There will be a hotel, businesses, a planed marina, VRE station, two schools and so much more. Potomac Shores is truly the newest and hottest community in the area. Pretty much every Realtor that attended the event was expressing interest in moving into this beautiful Potomac Shores Community.
