The other day I went to a home inspection in Woodbridge VA and the home was not ready for, by fare not ready for the home inspection.
My clients loved the home as it was an investor owned home and the investor did a great job to make the home look very nice but what was behind it didn't really hold up. Some of the pluming wasn't connected, the heater was not connected and many more issues. The contractor the investor hired did a very bad job, the owner didn't even the poor condition the home was in.

The owner did agree to fixing ALL the issues that came up, but the home inspection left such a bad taste with my clients they no longer wanted to move forward with the purchase of this home. Who can blame them? After the home inspection they moved on and are now the proud owners of a beautiful home that passed the home inspection with flying colors.
