Yesterday was the Realtor preview of the Models and Saturday Potomac Shores will be opening to a VIP client list and shortly after it will open to the general public. If you are interested on being considered for the VIP list let me know and I will be happy to pointing you in the right direction.
Potomac Shores will be built around the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. A beautiful and challenging Golf Course specially designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. Besides the Golf Course Potomac Shores will have day and night town center with a movie theater, resort hotel, and so much more, not to forget the amenities the Potomac Shores residents will be able to enjoy. There is also a planned VRE stop for Potomac Shores and Potomac Shores Blvd is scheduled to be connected with Rt one at 234. I haven't seen the exact plan for this but a representative from SunCal the Potomac Shores developer, mentioned this at the last VIP event for Realtors.
