The developer for Embrey Mill is Newland Communities and there will be a total of 5 new home builders when Embrey Mill opens in Summer of 2013. Embrey Mill will be one of the larger new home communities in the area and will offer unique and exiting floor plans. With 5 builders there should be something for everyone. From traditional townhomes, to ramblers, to Victorian family homes.
There will be several models homes to tour in Embrey Mill and many spec homes for immediate delivery. The grand opening is scheduled for summer 2013 and the developer and builder will update everyone once they narrow down a more specific date.
