Originally my client asked if we can schedule the sellers side closing for 7 am as she had appointment later this morning. Since normally the seller only has a few documents to sign Lori from Champion Title in Lake Ridge Virginia recommended we meet at 7:30 am which gave my client plenty of time to sign all her documents and make it in time to her appointment.
