It is freezing cold today we are still in the polar vortex and I am talking about Woodbrige VA homes with Pool! Why?

 Today I went on a listing appointment at this beautiful large home in Woodbridge VA with an in-ground pool. Despite the cold weather I was able to seeing myself lying at the pool having a drink and dipping my feet into the water. I also was able to imagine waking up and going for a swim in this great Woodbridge VA pool.

Always wanted to have your own backyard pool, your own backyard oasis? Wait until this gorgeous home comes on the market in the next couple of weeks/months. What's better then relaxing at your private backyard pool while everyone else is at a crowded community pool. Cats and kittens are all over the internet

Cats are all over the internet. So many people following all these cat videos, facebook pages with pictures of cute cats and kittens. I am not an exception, I post all kind of pictures of my little stinker and love to look at pictures of cute cats and kittens.

But in all honesty how can we as Real Estate Professional translate the success cats and kittens have online to Real Estate. Real Estate isn't cute it doesn't let the person looking at pictures go ahhhhh and ohhhhh. How can we use the success of cute cat pictures and translate it into Real Estate?

Well I am not claiming to have found the same success as cats and kittens, but providing relevant context for home buyers and home sellers, I get many hits on my blogs and youtube channel. Coming back to the cuteness or cats and kittens the my most watched videos and blogs are when they have relevant content or if they are personal.

What is relevant content for Home Buyers or Home Sellers?

Community information & Community Videos especially for brand new communities.

Information about Real Estate Activity, Home Values and the likes.

New Restaurants coming to an area, New Jobs coming to an area all that can get you lots and lots of traffic.

 Does it always have to be Real Estate related? In my opinion no, Restaurant reviews, Jobs Coming to the area doesn't have anything to do with Real Estate but it gives your blog or website and yourself more exposure and the likely hood someone looking for a job will be needing housing at some point too.

Facing Foreclosure? Don't wait until the last minute

Facing Foreclosure is never an easy thing and thanks god there are not many Woodbridge VA Home owners that are facing foreclosures. Since the Woodbridge VA Real Estate market has bounced back many more Woodbridge VA homeowners have equity in their homes and are no longer faced with short sales or foreclosure. 

Having said that if you are in a situation where you can't make your mortgage payment please don't wait until the last minute to contacting your bank or a Real Estate Agent. In many cases waiting too long will make it very difficult to racing against the clock. If you are in a situation where you can't make your mortgage payment contact your bank immediately and try to work out a solution.

You might even be able to selling your home with a profit. Contact a local Real Estate Agent to determine what your home might be selling for in today's Real Estate market. In any event the situation might be temporary and you will be able to catching up and continue making your mortgage payments, but no matter what the situation might be contact your mortgage holder immediately and try to work out a solution. 

 I can imagine being in a situation where you don't know how to make a mortgage payment can be difficult, but don't wait reach out for help sooner then later.

As mentioned above thankfully there are no longer many Woodbridge VA Homeowners that are in a situation where they are facing foreclosure, but if you are in a situation where you are facing foreclosure please don't wait.

The saying goes you wouldn't send a dog out in this weather. Well I only have a cat and he normally loves going outside in the fenced back yard however during this cold weather he went outside for a few seconds just to turning around and coming back inside into the warm house. Kind of like with home buyers, many don't want to leave their house during these cold temperatures. 

 Of course there are still many serious Woodbridge VA home buyers that are out looking at homes, as a matter of fact I got quite a lot of calls on some of my Woodbridge VA homes for sale. But overall I see less buyers venturing out in the cold, then normally during a warmer January. I am still expecting a strong January just not as strong as if the weather was better.

Overall the Woodbridge VA Real Estate Market has been very very good in 2013. At the beginning of 2013 we saw limited inventory of homes for sale in Woodbridge VA but as the year went on we saw more and more inventory and homes for sale in Woodbridge VA.
