Per the HOA rules and regulations at least one of the occupants has to be 55 or older.

All of the homes offer the master bedroom and bathroom on the main level. Some of the homes are one level others are two level with either a basement or an loft. The builder K. Hovnanian offered several wonderful floorplans for this lovely 55+ Community.

The Club house offers so much entertainment. My clients that bought in Four Seasons they love living there and taking advantage of all Four Seasons has to offer. From the outstanding sports activity, such as yoga, water aerobics,  to the quiet walking trails through out the community. In a nutshell Four Seasons is a quiet but activity filled community.
