We are starting to see Townhomes for sale at The Glen with upgraded
kitchens and upgraded bathrooms.
According to MRIS, Homes Sales and Home
Values, from January 1, 2015 to August 1, 2015, show 10 homes were sold in The
Glen during this 8 month timeframe.
During January-August 2015, home values, homes sales for The Glen ranged
$275,000 to $319,000. The time it took
